We roast and ship all of our coffees daily. We roast in small enough batches to guarantee that every bag of coffee that you order is roasted after you order it, usually the day after you order it. We then ship it that day.
Domestic Shipping

We primarily use USPS standard shipping, which will deliver your order within 3 - 5 business days. We ship from New York, NY, U.S.A.

We charge a flat rate of $7.65 for all single bag coffee shipments. We may offer discounted or free shipping for a specific time frame, an order, or promotion.
International Shipping

We do provide international delivery. We obtain international products and we ship them to any place in the world. We primarily use USPS calculated rate for flat rate international. That means, the rates are tailored to each order and depend on the destination, the shipping address.
Wrong Address Policy

We are sorry that this happened. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! If you made an error in your address, we send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to us.
